County Virginia's treasurer is an elected official directly responsible
for the receipt and collection of the revenue, the safekeeping of
revenue, and the appropriate accounting for and disbursements of
the revenue. The treasurer is also responsible for the collection
of State funds under the Code of Virginia. The treasurer's office
is located in the Gordon Building on Main Street in the town of
Orange.
