The Orange County Virginia Office on Youth addresses issues of needs assessment, planning and coordination of services and oversees the Comprehensive Services Act, the Virginia Juvenile Community Crime Control Act and the Partners in Prevention grant. Additionally the office supports Project EXCEL, Job Bank, the After Prom Celebration Committee, the Garvis Huff Outstanding Youth/Youth Advocate Awards Ceremony, Breakfast Buddies and many other programs. It is a county agency, partly funded by a state grant. The office is located in the old rescue squad building, behind the courthouse on Madison Road, in the town of Orange.
